John Foster Grew Up in Atlanta

John Foster grew up in Atlanta and has lived in Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Duluth and Cumming Ga during his life.  John and his Family live in Cumming GA (Forsyth County) and have since 1994.  John loves Atlanta and you will see John is very bullish on Atlanta.  

In John's 20+ years he has seen a lot in the Real Estate World. He was a Realtor during the Financial Collapse of 2008 and through COVID.  John Foster's philosophy is Real Estate not only provide shelter for people and has been a great source of wealth accumulation for most people.  John says "Real estate is not a wait to buy game but a buy and wait game."  People who rent homes make a mortgage payment - it is just usually their landlords mortgage payment.  

All of John's kids attended and graduated from the Forsyth County public schools.  They attended Lambert high schools and South Forsyth High school and each is excellent.
